PAYMENT:

Paypal is the only payment method currently available at Wee Wrap Babies.

Echeck payments through paypal are only permitted to customers from Canada and the United States. Purchases made with echecks will not be shipped until the payment has cleared through the Wee Wrap Babies paypal account.

International buyers must use an immediate method of paypal payment.

*All taxes, customs and border fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

DEPOSITS:

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. This deposit covers the cost of the doll kit and supplies required to make the doll. I work with my customers to ensure they are happy with the finished doll. The remaining cost and the shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer and is due prior to the shipment of the doll.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with my workmanship and representation of your reborn baby purchase, I will refund your money, less the shipping fees, upon receiving the doll back in the same condition that I sent it. This includes all original packaging and the doll must be wrapped in the same secure way in which it arrived to you. Shipping costs and insurance (required) are the responsibility of the buyer, and the doll must be shipped back via the same method that it was shipped to you.

I must hear from you within 24 hours of you receiving the doll in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

• Damage to the doll due to misuse

• Buyer's remorse

• Unwillingness to pay taxes or custom fees

• Any reason that is not directly related to the workmanship and representation of the doll
